| Problem: | What is the definition of a “Unit” for a resource? |
| Problem: | How to setup the Units of Measure for Material resources? |
| Fix: | A Unit for a labor or non-labor resource can be an Hour, Day, Week, Month or Year, depending on the Unit of Time setting, under Edit, User Preferences on the Time Units tab in the Durations Format section.
Units for material resources can be set up by going to Admin, Admin Categories and selecting the Units Of Measure tab.
A labor or non-labor resource will typically take it’s budgeted/planned units from the activity’s original duration (material resources will not) |
