| Fix: | Step 1: Define a User Defined Field called DurationMultiplier:
Step 2: Add DurationMultiplier as a column and populate the activities with the desired data: For example, to keep the remaining duration for activity A1000 the same, set the DurationMultiplier to 1.To take RD for A1010 from 5d to 15d, set the DurationMultiplier to 3. To take RD for A1020 from 5d to 50d, set the DurationMultiplier to 10.
Step 3: Define the Global Change as follows:
‘If’ Section: Define any filter criteria to select the activities to be changed. This can be left blank, in which case all activities in the project will be changed. Note: If there is no filter, or the filter selects any activities that are not to be multiplied, the DurationMultiplier for these activities must be set to 1. ‘Then’ Section: Remaining Duration=Remaining Duration * DurationMultiplier
