| Problem: | Budgeted Units and Costs are not spreading over the Activity start and finish dates. |
| Fix: | By design, Budgeted Units and Costs are spread over the planned start and planned finish dates of their respective resource assignments, or the activity. Workaround: NOTE: Before running the following global change, it is recommended that user backs up the project. This is because changing the planned dates will change the Original Duration field, which might not be desirable. If you want the Budgeted Units and Costs to be spread over the activity Start and Finish dates, and they are not applied using resource assignments, run the following Global Change to set the Planned dates equal to the Start and Finish dates. Then Planned Start equals Start
If the Budgeted Units and Costs are on resource assignments, run the same Global Change but with the Select Subject Area set to Activity Resource Assignments.
