| Problem: | Why is CTD and CTC not calculating automatically after marking the activity to be 100 PCT complete? |
| Fix: | 1 - Go to Tools, Options, Autocost Rules. Under ’When quantities change use Current Unit prices to Recompute costs’ check Budget, Actual to Date, and Estimate to Complete Also check Perform these calculations during each schedule computation. Then go to Tools, Schedule. Now your autocost rules will recalculate your costs. 2 – Make sure that the RPCT in the Resources window is Blank and not 0.0. RPCT set to 0.0 is considered 0% and not blank.
