| Problem: | How to show a column for Actual Duration/At Completion Duration |
| Fix: | You can run a Global Change to set a User Defined Field as the activity’s Actual Duration/At Completion Duration. To do this: - Go to Enterprise, User Defined Fields. Select ‘Activities’, then scroll down to the ‘Number’ user defined fields. - Rename one of the Number fields to “Dur PCT”. - Go to Tools, Global Change. Select ‘New’. Click in the middle section, and select ‘Add’. - Add the following to the global change: Dur PCT = Actual Duration / At Completion Duration Dur PCT = Dur PCT * 100
- Select ‘Change’, then ‘Commit Changes’ - Add a column in the Activities view for ‘Dur PCT’. |
