| Problem: | Activity bar missing from hard copy output (colour, A3 paper) of Gantt Chart, though it appears in Print Preview. |
| Problem: | Activity starts in visible date range, but ends off the page to the right. Activity prints if the proportion of the activity which was inside the visible date range was around 15% or more of the duration of the activity. Printer is an HP Color LaserJet 8550n PS on a network (both version 4.3.2.138 and 4.27.8550.440 PS drivers were tried) The problem only appears when printing to that specific printer (other networked printers worked) |
| Cause: | Problem lies with Printer drivers. |
| Fix: | Workaround: 1. Use alternative printer drivers (such as Windows default drivers). 2. If Adobe Acrobat Writer or Distiller is installed, this can be used as an intermediary (i.e. print from Project Manager to Acrobat Writer / Distiller then open the PDF file created and print that to the HP LaserJet 8550) |
